Shipping & Returns
Regent & Ives ships worldwide. We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner, usually within 1-3 business days of placing an order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
Please note that unfortunately Regent & Ives cannot be responsible for parcels that do not arrive. In the event of a lost/undelivered parcel, please contact the carrier. You can also contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you in locating your parcel.
Shipments within Canada are sent via Canada Post. Orders over CAD $150, before tax and after discounts, qualify for free expedited shipping. Please note that oversized orders over 20 kg may incur additional charges once the order is packed and weighed. Shipments sent via Canada Post Standard, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority include tracking.
Lettermail shipping is available for select smaller items. If you choose Lettermail, tracking and insurance are not available.
For our customers located in North Bay, Ontario, local delivery is currently free! This option will be available at checkout.
Shipments to the United States are sent via Canada Post. Orders over CAD $200, before tax and after discounts, qualify for free shipping. Please note that oversized orders over 20 kg may incur additional charges once the order is packed and weighed. All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking included. Please note: Customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and any additional fees associated with shipping, which may be charged upon delivery.
For our international customers, we offer a variety of shipping options (with and without tracking) from Canada Post at checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on destination and weight/size of parcel. All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We always do our best to check all products for flaws, but if we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make things right.
We do our best to ensure the colour of our fabric and yarn online matches as close as possible to the bolts and skeins in the shop; however, due to the vast colour variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the colour will be an exact match to what you see online. If you have any questions, please email us before ordering.
Our care instructions come straight from our distributors or manufacturers. Please follow the care instructions found on the label or in the product listing, as we are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged in the washing process or laundered incorrectly.
